Ingredients

  • 600 gr chicken steak
  • 2 apples
  • 3 onions
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 jar of curry sauce
  • 1 carrot
  • half a cup of red wine

Preparation

First fry the sliced onion, garlic, steak, carrot in heated oil, add the potatoes, tomatoes, apples and salt. Add hot water to cover the ingredients, together with half a glass of wine. Cover it with a lid and let it simmer. When it is almost ready, add honey and the curry sauce and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes on low heat with occasional stirring.
